When my family and I lived in Kenosha we used to eat at Big Star all time we moved to Oklahoma and I would drive all the way there just to eat one of their doubles cheeseburgers, fried mushrooms, and cherry shakes. Man I miss this place best food ever!
Just got home with my meal from here they have always had great food but this time around I have no idea How long they had these fries out for they were that soggy and cold that I had to toss them away
I just went to Big Star and with the covid 19 stuff got big on I grabbed my bag and went back to my car and there was no ketchup. My girlfriend goes back to the window to get ketchup and they act like total b@itches they literally throw the ketchup at her. I usually give a tip. NEVER AGAIN. I have been coming to Big Star for 35 years and I have never had an experience like this. WOW JUST WOW. SHAME ON THE GAL WORKING THE WINDOW AT 645pm tonite. You need to learn a lot about customer service. Boo to yo.
I go every year and during the summer mostly everyday... never disappoints
