Brittany was great helping us pick a hot tub that would suit us. The delivery was smooth and Sebestain set it up and explained everything to us and answered all our questions. He was super helpful and professional. Very satisfied
Very professional in the show room and knowledgeable. Got 2 stars because the unit was delivered missing 2 jets and extremely dirty inside which is requiring me to scrub the inside as the dirt/dust is pretty stuck on before I fill it. For spending this much I feel like the unit should’ve been delivered shiny or at the very least not requiring an hour worth of scrubbing.
Well, done all around. Your service technician was fantastic. Keep that guy on your team no matter what.
Great SPA great price. They had to do a removal of my 15-year-old SPA to install the new Cal spa. My old Hot tub was a disaster to remove. It was waterlogged from a previous unresolved leak. Chris and Jim got the job done. No need to look anywhere else because I already did! Follow up six years later need a new control panel, which is much better than the old one. Sebastian is a great tech!
Only at beginning phase of repairs. So far it’s fine 9/172025 The control panels finally arrived from Canada and Adrian installed them and working nicely. I already knew how to use buttons from several YouTube reels. We went over how to access the 12 hour forced filtering access as I had forgotten. Main thing is good responses when calling the San Marcos store.
