Chad explained everything we needed to know about Jacuzzi brand hot tubs. That made our choice very easy. After the sale, and even after installation, he was promptly answering all my annoying questions. After you’ve purchased anything you always want to have the best service and we certainly received that!

We experienced a problem with our spa and it needed repair. We called Big Star Backyards and they sent someone out promptly. Sebastian was the technician. He was very knowledgeable and very nice to work with. We would highly recommend this company.
Was really happy they came out the day after I called for service. But was pretty irritated that after they sent the text that he was on his way to my house but no one said it was going to take 2.5 hours for him to get there. Would have been nice to know. Service guy was nice, did a good job.
