I was recently seen here and I will not be returning. They were nice as people but very unprofessional in their line of work. While they were doing work on my tooth I was cut by their drill and now have a huge sore on my tongue and the only reason it wasn't any worse is because I am older and could feel on my non numb side of my tongue it was being pulled and tried to get it out of the way. It has been four months since I first brought my child to Big Springs. Rather than immediately referring me elsewhere to an office that could perform the needed dental work, they advised me to wait for their call to schedule another appointment with them. After 2 months of hearing nothing, I called them to see what was up, and they informed me it would be another couple of months before they could perform the work.
