RecommendedMany many thanks to your company and workers for not only filling my prescription but also for delivering to my house so this senior citizen did not have to circulate outside my home. 5 stars to a quality business!
After the other week with my prescription I am personally done with the excuses on how they can not fill anything!
5 STARS!! The staff is always friendly and courteous. My daughter had surgery to repair a fractured arm and her post op pain medicine was not available when I arrived at the drive-thru window on the way home from the hospital. They delivered the medication about an hour later to my doorstep. Hands down the best pharmacy around!
Do not recommend this place. Had my prescription since 10:30 am . Called me at 6:30 pm to tell me there was an issue. Of course at that time my doctor is closed. When picked up my prescription the next day I pointed this out to Kayla the manager. Who responded that it took so long to call because they have a lot of stuff going on. The customer service at Big Spring Pharmacy is outstanding! The staff is always very polite and helping with my family every time we come to shop or have our prescriptions filled. I have had a few times where there were issues getting my scripts filled due to insurance needing certain information. The staff has always been very helpful. I have to say a special praise for Ann who has gone above and beyond several times for me.
