I have been bringing my daughter to this pediatric office for the past three years, and they used to answer the phone promptly. Unfortunately, the service has gotten much worse. Now you can spend 20 minutes trying to get someone to answer, and when they finally do, they just say, “Hello? Hello?” and hang up on you.
