Terrible. They did not even honor the original treatment plan cost write up that they gave us at the last appointment. They seemed more concerned about who wrote the pan up than trying to accommodate us.
Today was one of the most calm appointments ever. Dr.Joy was so sweet and the other dentist that walked us into the room was so sweet and I liked them both a lot.
My kids have gone here since they first got teeth, not only do they make the kids comfortable, they even have my kids laughing before doing any work helping with their nerves. Also had an issue with insurance, knowing that my daughter was in slight pain, they worked with me on a price I could afford to still get the appointment done while wait for insurance to reimburse. Can’t recommend them enough!
Scheduling follow-up orthodontist appointments for my son’s braces was easy at the beginning of treatment, but unfortunately that has changed significantly. The orthodontist is only available two days a week, making it difficult to schedule timely follow-up visits.
