Terrible experience with Culligan. Our house had a rental water softener put in that we were unaware of. Getting it removed was such a hassle, not to mention random price increases without notice. When we wanted to get it removed, they couldn't come for almost two months and wanted us to keep paying for services because of insufficient staffing on their end.
