Aaron was super friendly and super helpful when I popped into the shop unannounced and with an uncommon problem today! Solved my problem and smiled through the process. Thanks a lot again for getting me back on the road!
I was 10 miles outside of Eureka, when my TPMS alerted me. The young man at Big Sky got me right in, found the screw in my tire, fixed it and had me on my way within the hour, despite their seeming short-staffed. The charge was only $25, which seemed more than fair, considering I’m not a regular customer and didn’t buy the tires there. I would have rather had a quicker turnaround, a ladies room and some better magazines, but they got me back on the road at a fair price, so credit where credit is due. Thanks, guys!
Great service! Super friendly and professional employees! I forgot his name but it's Alden? Aiden? He was a good leader of his guys and knew exactly how long and what was happening with my car. His practical confidence allowed me to be at ease knowing he is knowing exactly what's going on and taking care of it well. Got an oil change am coming back for shocks and rear transmission case.
