Took my wife’s car in for an oil change and then we road tripped a few hundred miles directly after. After 300 miles I checked tire pressure and three of the four tires were pumped to max psi of 55. So now I have 3 warped tires that were bought less than 6 months ago, and an overheating light popped up (which never showed up before this trip to the mechanic) coolant was filled 6 inches above the max fill line. I was 10 miles outside of Eureka, when my TPMS alerted me. The young man at Big Sky got me right in, found the screw in my tire, fixed it and had me on my way within the hour, despite their seeming short-staffed. The charge was only $25, which seemed more than fair, considering I’m not a regular customer and didn’t buy the tires there. I would have rather had a quicker turnaround, a ladies room and some better magazines, but they got me back on the road at a fair price, so credit where credit is due. Thanks, guys!
