1 Star for now. Hoping for timely resolution. I bought a Sundance hot tub from Big Sky Spas in Billings, Montana that was delivered on 12/2/2024. The installers were nice and professional, but we have some issues and we’re not getting them fixed in a timely manner. I feel like I bought a $17,000 headache and disappointment. 1) I paid for the Cold Weather Package that was supposed to include a special insulation package. Our Family purchased our Hot tub from BigSky Spa over 8 years ago. As we moved, BigSky Spa has moved with us and treated us like family. Most recently they did an amazing job trouble shooting and educating us on our spa. Great professional Service and Great advocates for those with their spas.
These guys are amazing and go out of their way to provide the best customer service experience possible HAILEY and TYSON are super stars. They made the experience of owning a hot tub easy and taught me how to properly care for it despite me being overwhelmed. They also treated me like family along the way.
