Lady at front desk has horrible customer service looking for concrete forms and was no help. Ended up renting from greatfalls macon
Rented a jack hammer for a skidsteer from them. Leaked hydro oil and was not usable. Had to rent somewhere else on a Saturday. Lady who works the was absolutely rude. Do not recommend this place. Use sun rental for anything.. EDIT... by the way my machine was 100% capable of this hammer. Like I stated it's leaking where the pressure hose connects to the hammer. Not one time did I say it didn't hook up. And to the lady that was extremely rude to my wife she wasn't there running it nor does she know what was wrong. Still a 1 s... read more

They didn't have a Skidsteer i had reserved 2 weeks earlier. They did not even contact me so I could make other arrangements. The dump trailer they did have for me had a battery that would not hold a charge so I used my own battery after having to unload the first load by shovel. The Dump trailer had 3 of 4 tires EXTREMELY under inflated (20lbs), hydrolic flyid was leaking all over the front of the trailer. Nothing was ready for me to pick up at 8am like stated.
