I dropped my dog off for boarding. She was to be there for 7 days total. I requested a Condo room for her so she would feel at home. My dog was taken immediately from me and ripped away from my side without my even being able to say goodbye to her. They even took her collar off and leash. I had toys in the car for her, but wasn't even given a chance to give them to her. I called several times during my trip to check on my dog, and no one answered the phone. I hoped she was ok.
