Was a prospect for an apartment. Spoke with patty beer Viewed a apartment (not the one I was going to rent) and had a Decent experience. However after Receiving the property info I tried to pay the the holding fee did not receive a confirmation or email. I had to call back weeks later to find out what was going on to be told it did not go through so I paid it by phone .
