Butch did a great job troubleshooting and fixing my Sea Ray Outboard Motor. It had a bad coil. They also tuned it up and cleaned the carbs. He even answered the phone on a weekend so I could drop another outboard kicker motor off at the repair shop.
took boat in, has been sitting. went in and looked at it and doesn't looked touched. same wires as when I took it in.. new switches haven't been installed.. called.. dont answer the phones. dont call back.. and have been told 4 weeks now when I stop in that it'll be done for the weekend.. time to go in and get boat
Very knowledgeable and professional. Staff is friendly and doesn't try to push unnecessary parts or service on you. Highly recommended.
If there was an option of zero stars I would choose it. Big promises no results. Don’t even bother wasting your time with this place.
We were having issues with our pontoon this past summer. Took it to Dusty and he had the motor running better than it had since we purchased the boat. I would recommend them for any service you need. Top notch in every aspect from sales to service.
