Do Not Buy Here! I ordered and purchased a modular home through Big Sky Homes/Iseman Homes in Billings, Montana, in November 2022. My home was built offsite and delivered to my address in the Billings area at the end of April 2023. The house and the general contractor were paid in full in April 2023, per their instructions.
