Very pleased! A lot of work has been done over the past few months including upgrades to the grounds, additional security cameras and additional lighting.
I am so please with big sky! The owners are so professional and always provide amazing service. Thank you big sky for providing a place I feel safe keeping my belongings!!!

My storage shed was damaged by someone backing into it. A piece was broken off, leaving a gap big enough that I could fit my arm into it. I moved my stuff as far out of reach as I could and called the management, requesting it be fixed. No response. After months of calling and getting no response, I finally caught up with the manager in person. Instead of offering to get it fixed, he told me I was a "thorn in his side" and threatened to evict me for being uncooperative. Shame on me for wanting my stuff safe and secure like I... read more
