Had my bike shipped to Big Sky Cycling & Fitness. My bike arrived several days in advance of my arrival. The staff at Big Sky had no problem having that big bike box hang out in their shop until my arrival. Lisa was so helpful and friendly and ensured I put my bike together correctly before setting out to finish the Great Divide Mountain Bike Route. I highly recommend Big Sky Cycling.
Rented a bike today after having problems with my personal bike. Super nice guys and set me up with a rental and was out the door in 10 minutes. Rode all morning and decided to extend my rental to a full day. Called Big Sky and they said no problem. Got rained out but still had an awesome day. Returned at 4 and Big Sky happily took my money for the rental and the accessories I purchased😁. Great guys and awesome customer service!

Excellent selection of quality products, friendly and knowledgeable owner and staff who always greet you with a smile. A pleasure to go into the store. The repair shop go above and beyond to make sure they address your concerns. I really appreciate the classes geared for women. There is a great need for this in the community and Big Sky stepped up.
Big Sky Cycling is the best! Jim just spent 2 1/2 hours outfitting my husband with a great bike, cleats and clips, helmet, bike rack, etc. He also adjusted the saddles on both of our bikes with precision. Last year, he helped me pick-out the perfect bike for me. Excellent, excellent, customer service!
I live out of town. I bought a new bike from Big Sky Cycling . THEY ARE VERY ACCOMODATING! The correct frame for my height was not on the floor. They had the correct size unbuilt in the back room. They offered to put it together that day! I also bought accessories and they put them on for me! I also wanted a dog cart and they took the time to find one online. Thank you to all the staff you made me feel special! I am tickled pink!
