Jaymi is a great salesperson. She listened to our needs, kept us informed, made recommendations to the best pontoon for our family. Dusty and Mark had our boat prepped and very clean for our professional delivery. They made us feel like family, they walked us through the processing, made our payments affordable, and they over-promised on delivery. Highly recommend.
Dusty was fantastic to work with and diagnosed the problem in 15 minutes after another boat place took 3 weeks to tell me they couldn’t figure it out.
My husband and I rented a pontoon boat from Big Sky Boats for the day. It was absolutely one of the best experiences that we have ever had. It was so relaxing to just show up to the boat slip, load our coolers and family and pull out onto The Yellowtail River. Jami sent a very detailed email in regards on how to run the boat and to where to stop on the river for bathroom breaks and a spot where you can jump off a cliff the river. Our family rented from Big Sky Boats Service and Repair this summer and to say it was AMAZING is really selling the experience short!! The boat was very well maintained, clean they had a nice assortment of water activities that were also very well maintained. They were VERY responsive, punctual and they are local family owned small business and it shows!!! The price was also reasonable!! You will not regret giving them a call!!!
