I have bought several wigs and the owner is always so nice and personable. I have alopecia for twenty years and the owner here has always given great service and is so kind. I went somewhere else and was very dissapointed with my wig. I will always go to bigsky when I can get to Billings
The women here were so helpful to me in selecting my first wig. I have Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and am balding rapidly. They made me feel right at home and spent over two hours with me on two separate occasions making sure I selected a flattering wig. They also happily let my "critics"--all 6 of them!!--come along for the showing! I will definitely shop here again.
I really love this place. The employees are very helpful and can assist you with dyeing your own hair. MUCH friendlier and MUCH more knowledgable than Sally. I definitely recommend it!
