They apparently do not service any appliances outside of Billings. First question where do you live. I said Huntley. Told me to call some other repair service.
I called Felix about what I thought was a refrigerator compressor issue . He doesn't work on compressors but pointed me to two other likely outfits. When I asked if he knew of anyone closer to our town 80 miles south, he took a full minute to go through his contacts before he found the outfit he remembered. And then he said in closing, "If you have questions, call me any time." Classy. I believe that if you have appliance problems in Felix's wheelhouse, you'll do yourself a favor by calling him.
My experience with Big Sky Appliance Has been and Will Always Be Above Par and Above The Stars Allowed For Excellent Service...I Have known Felix And Have Used His Service and Expertise For Over 6 years, He is Honest, More Than Fair in Pricing, Loyal, Faithful and Genuine. He Will Always Be One That I Will Share Life With In the Field of Appliance Repair...Will Always Recommend!!! Thank You For Everything you Do in Our Community. God Bless and God Speed!!!
Felix, the owner, was working up in my neighborhood and stopped by within half an hour of my call. He fixed the problem quickly and explained what had happened. He was so friendly - obviously loves his job! I would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone who needs large appliance work done.
On time, that says it all. Professional, polite, and very knowledgeable, I would use him again and I recommend him Bob hagen
