Felix, the owner, was working up in my neighborhood and stopped by within half an hour of my call. He fixed the problem quickly and explained what had happened. He was so friendly - obviously loves his job! I would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone who needs large appliance work done.

He was efficient and kind and fixed our oven in 20 minutes for a very reasonable price!
