I have shared with my daughters-in-law parents a wonderful experience with Big Show Catering. From our initial meeting for her wedding shower, to the beautiful wedding at the Millers Road facility, Fountain Bleu, to the baby shower hosted on November 17th we could not be more pleased. The best food and service around! – Big Show has been catering for all my events for 14 years. They have catered my upsclae fundraiser every year, my tent wedding on the lake, and my son's christening. I even ate off the same plate they catered for Harry Connick Jr. and President Bush with! Always professional..and always a pleasure!

Food Good, Service BAD – So they were 25 minutes late to my reception venue because they were lost (good planning). I suppose they don't come to the East Side too often.... Anyways, this made the set up late, which made the cocktail hour start 15 minutes late, and the guests had to stand outside until everything was set up. We paid for a "cheese medley passed" which apparently consisted of some cheddar cheese squares that look like they came from Sam's Club on a plate where no one even could see them. They are just awful – I hired The Big Show to cater an event, and was incredibly disappointed. They were terrible!!!!!!! They showed up 1.5 hr. late, and looked very sloppy. Catered food is never as good as restaurant food, but this was the bottom of the barrel even for catering. The food was dry and tasteless. They did not provide the simplest of serving accessories like a ladle to spoon au jus over potatoes, etc. The staff was very rude, and did not seem to understand our needs at all. Decent Food, OK service – They have a nice hall but wouldn't turn down the lights. We wanted a dancing atmosphere and they kept the lights up all night long. Wish they would have listened to our wants. It was OUR WEDDING
