After many years at a different gym I took the leap and made the switch and it has been better than I could have imagined!! A great group of people awesome coaches and fantastic and knowledgeable owner who truly cares about his members I already feel like I've grown and learned so much

Great gym! Brendan has a priority on safety and range of motion over ego lifting or risky movements. Def one of best in the area.
Amazing community. There’s a reason it’s 5 stars across the reviews. Super supportive and meeting everyone where they are at. Very happy to be building functional strength and revisiting skills (like jump roping) to keep it fun and interesting.
