Purchased 10 session punch card, went to three classes then my passes aren’t showing on my account. Repeated attempts at contacting Brendan; the owner; were unsuccessful. No refund was offered either.
After many years at a different gym I took the leap and made the switch and it has been better than I could have imagined!! A great group of people awesome coaches and fantastic and knowledgeable owner who truly cares about his members I already feel like I've grown and learned so much
