Bought a bike from Big Shot 2 years ago! I can't begin to explain the customer service except top notch. Fast with accessories and even great knowledge of the repairs on their bikes. The bike besides some road grime is in great condition and is easy to maintain. Love theses bikes and love the team behind them!!
I'm out and about on a daily tearin' up the the streets of New York City with my custom "Knicks" colored bike that gets alot of attention as well. For me, its all about style and performance and BIG SHOT BIKES is "all that."

What a lenghty process, 5 days waiting, 3 days building, 3 days of transporting... I am big on timelyness and 5 days waiting for and email just to say your bike is being built is ridiculous. Need to find a better system. If you pull parts and put them together, 3 or 4 bikes a day should be possible espeically when there not fully assembled.
