I bought one of their bikes and had a small issue. I contacted them and they helped me diagnose it. After figuring out it was the free wheel they said it was covered by warranty and shipped me a new wheel. I definitely recommend this company and will for sure buy from them again. Great group of people to work with! Great bikes too!
I got a bike from y'all a year ago. I've put it through hell. I would recommend one to anyone starting off. Hell even to a seasoned head.

I have been riding my fixed gear Big Shot for about a year now, and my chain has been bent for a while. I was able to contact Big Shot and they replaced my chain for free! This company has excellent customer service and build awesome bikes! I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a reasonably priced, and reliable fixed gear bike.
