So unimpressed by price and service. I would rather go to Cold stone for that price, I cpild get bigger size and 3 mix one for cheaper. Then I ask for something to transport it home and he gave me a drink holder that was to small and ice cream all over my car!!

Took 20 minutes to get ice cream and no one knew how to make Italian Sodas!!! Why have it on the menu if you can't make them?!? Customer service was OK, not the best, and employees weren't dressed appropriately for a business.

Service was great I got served right of way
We had Big Scoops cater at my daugther's birthday party and it turned out great. Everybody loved the ice-cream. Price was great (cheaper than taking them to an arcade or game center), service was great and taste was great. It couldn't have turned out better. Thank You!
