huge outlet These people are super nice and have tons of appliances and furniture. It's arranged like a showroom and everyone is super friendly. This one is located in southridge. They carry tv's to washers and everyone is extremely knowledgeable when I've been there.
the worst store ever! The employees do not add the coverage you ask for on the receipts and when you try to turn in a warrenty they will not service you for the employees do not put it into the computer right. Not to mention they tell you that the 10 yr plan covers everything when in fact it does not it only covers parts. Corporate does not care about their customers, and that "Golden rule" means absalutly nothing to them. Do not ever buy a thing from them - they will do or say something that will screw you over.
Prices aren't all that fantastic The numerous times I have been in this store, their prices don't seem to be better than other places here in town. In fact if you hit the right sales, you can get electronics much cheaper at other stores. They do have pretty good prices when they have one of their tent sales, you just have to watch for damage.
Poor service Although prices can be good, you usually get what you pay for. I purchased a living room set that was delivered with a flaw in the material. I was told a new cushion cover would be ordered within days. Weeks later it had not materialized and the mattress on the sofa bed was damaged as well. Finally I insisted on a refund, which was eventually and reluctantly given.
Bad customer service I was treated like I had a germ or something by the gal at the desk. She didn't seem like she really wanted to do business with me. That she wanted to talk on the phone with her friend more.
Isn't what it used to be Very poor customer service by the whole staff! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Such a disappointment for the city of Owosso.
