Raja was a pleasure to work with. He was easy to reach and always on-time (I think I kept him waiting more times than the reverse). He was also always thinking about the best way to do the project, going above and beyond as new problems came up. We've worked with plenty of contractors who just wanted to get the job done as fast as possible. Raja completed everything on time and on budget, but made sure that it was done right. Would definitely recommend.

We needed our stoop top replaced and the entire stoop waterproofed. The job went very well - work began on-time and ended a bit earlier than estimated. Raja kindly explained every step of work to be done in advance and made sure that we understood and approved each one. When a layer of very old brick under the stoop was discovered and shown to be unsuitable for a modern cement covering, the workers quickly built a new layer that is much sturdier. This is the first time that I used raja and his excellent team at big rose Construction. The project involved repairing the stucco around my house, repaving my backyard, fixing the cellar door steps, and repairing the cellar door. The project went very well. Raja and his crew were punctual and the work they did clearly met my expectations. The project was completed within the time promised and the price was reasonable. I intend to use raja company in the future.

Big rose Construction owner raja was knowledgeable, and easy to work with. On the repaving he installed re-bar to reinforce the sidewalk. Other contractors tried to convince me it was not necessary. He ended up repaving our next door neighbors sidewalk as well. Now they both look great. The work in the garage solved a problem with the slope of the entry that had resulted in water running inside. Excellent, timely service. I give the highest recommendation. There was an immense amount of remodeling and construction that was done to the exterior of my house which took about 4-5 months. Communication was clear and concise, prices were fair, work was done on time and of good quality and they maintained the property clean throughout the process. We had such a pleasant experience with this company. They arrived promptly at our agreed-upon time, did the work in a timely, professional manner, and they were very polite and courteous to our family! There was zero micro-managing necessary. Raja did a renovation project for me in Brooklyn. The project included painting, refinishing floors, and remodeling bathrooms. Raja and his team did a great job and the floors look beautiful. Saif was very patient and devoted a lot of time. He even met us at Home Depot to pick out tiles. Raja also installed pavers in the front and back yards. He transformed a messy, overgrown outdoor space into a clean, modern, and welcoming yard.

Big rose Construction did an amazing job repairing my basement and waterproofing the exterior of my house after Hurricane Ida.
