Considering that this job was conducted under very adverse conditions (90 degree plus weather, one hurricane, and another torrential, flash flood downpour) it went surprisingly well. There were a few kinks that had to be worked out, but which always resulted in an amicable solution. Raja was exceptionally responsive to any complaints. Lastly, for the work performed. We had raja come out to perform patchwork on a flat roof of a multi-unit building. Their work exceeded our expectations. The team was on time and very helpful with answering any additional questions we had about the process.
I have used Raja and his Rose roofing and waterproofing team to replace both the flat and peaked roofs of my row house . My first roof replacement was 10 years ago and that roof has not needed repair. Raja is great to work with, explains things clearly . I wouldn't use anyone else for as long as I live in the North Jersey/NYC area. Thank you Al & Karyn! Rose roofing has been extremely professional and excellent to work with. We purchased a new home that had issues with the roof, and raja roofing helped us to report the issues to the warranty company, as well as join the arbitration hearing to provide expert testimony. After settling with the builder we contracted raja roofing to perform the necessary work, and the job was completed in 1 day. I cannot recommend them enough!
