The staff is very knowledgeable about their inventory. I love that they carry a wide variety of firearms and don’t try to sell you something you don’t need. It was nice telling them what I was looking for and that they had something that fit my needs. Sure they had to show me the high end stuff that was outside of my budget, after all who doesn’t want to see the exotic stuff, but i wasn’t pressured to go beyond my needs like some other shops. very impressed with big rooster. went in today after a gun failure while duck hunting. they took the time to look at it and figure out what was wrong. actually took a part out of a brand new gun to get me going. will definitely be back and spreading the word of the great service. thanks guys on getting me back hunting
