Severe problems with this Company as well as with Sparklett's. I cancelled my services when Big rock failed to inform anyone they had been bought out. Which in my opinion was due to poor if any management. I am still getting billed for services from big rock even after I proved to sparkletts that this was already taken care of. I am still getting billed even after sparkletts gave me a conformation number and assured me it was solved and over. My intentions are to sue both entities for HARRASSMENT.
