We have used Big Rock on all of or projects from our warehouses to new construction and ill tell you this,they are awesome and I would recommend them to anyone how wants great work and excellent customer service,call Bog Rock you won't be disappointed.
After calling a different company and paying $100 for a service call to take a look at a ringing noise coming from our furnace, we were told that our inducer motor and heat exchanger would need to be replaced, told we were leaking 9 parts per million CO2, and for the amount that they quoted us to fix those things, they were pushing us that it would make more sense to simply pay them to replace our entire system. 10/10 I would love to work with Jordan again, I really appreciate that she saw my dilemma and immediately tried to help me solve the problem. She was also so patient with me, I'm not very knowledgeable with HVACs and what's going on, but she took the jumbled mess I was saying and made sense of it and had a game plan for what I could expect next. I've also worked with Tim who was super knowledgeable and patient as well!
