10/10 I would love to work with Jordan again, I really appreciate that she saw my dilemma and immediately tried to help me solve the problem. She was also so patient with me, I'm not very knowledgeable with HVACs and what's going on, but she took the jumbled mess I was saying and made sense of it and had a game plan for what I could expect next. I've also worked with Tim who was super knowledgeable and patient as well!

This Company saved us a lot of money! I called them for a second opinion at my store, and they came in and it was a simple fix! They did not charge us, and saved me from the other company. I really appreciate the honesty and I will definitely keep working with this company! It's really hard to find good honest people in this field of work, and Big Rock HVAC EXCEEDED my expectations.
