My friend recommended Big Rock to us because we needed a second opinion on an issue-our air conditioner was blowing out warm air instead of cold. Our regular company wanted to jump straight to a new unit and said no need to try freon because the copper tubing was messed up and it wouldn’t work. I contacted Big Rock the next day to get a second opinion and they sent out Matt, the service tech. I had an appointment for two days after I had called. They surprised me and were able to come out a day sooner. John was very polite and got straight to work. He gave me an update after he diagnosed it and told me his next steps. He worked for about two hours in the heat getting our AC up and running again. He was good at picking up after his work, and quick to get me cashed out. Service quality and pricing that matched the work will have me use them in the future for any of my needs.
