I've used a lot of HVAC companies because I don't feel like I can trust any of them. So every single time I call someone new. I think I'll go with Big Rock a second time if I need more service. Great job and great value.

Absolutely the best service. It starts with Megan and then Tech Matt came out and provided the best service

I had an appointment for two days after I had called. They surprised me and were able to come out a day sooner. John was very polite and got straight to work. He gave me an update after he diagnosed it and told me his next steps. He worked for about two hours in the heat getting our AC up and running again. He was good at picking up after his work, and quick to get me cashed out. Service quality and pricing that matched the work will have me use them in the future for any of my needs.
