We have contracted with this company for years, they are always punctual and knowledgeable across the board
Had my a/c go out last Friday. Was told by another it was the evap coil. Called Big Rock and they got me new one and installed today. The office staff are polite and keep you informed the whole way through the process. The tech David did an awsome job getting my air back the family is happy now. I will be using and referring Big Rock in the future.
