We hired Big Rock to transform our backyard and quickly became frustrated. Our frustration was on 2 levels: 1 - The timing and lack of willingness to provide any timeline or end of project date 2 - Quality of Work. Beware! Big Rock Landscape are CROOKS! They added $18,000 on to our final bill and refuse to finish the job unless I pay in full. I've paid all upgrades in full along the way and made every payment on time. They have taken over 2 years just to do a backyard and every hardscape they did had to be redone due to poor workmanship. I've had to hire other companies to come in and fix their mess. They've literally dug up my yard and pavers not once, but TWICE looking for pipes that were misplaced!
