Alana was great, answered our (many!) questions. Loves her dogs so much and it shows. We love our Fletcher! Update-and now we love our Marlowe too! Went back to Big Rock for Labradoodle #2!
Today Alana groomed April, our 14 month old Australian labradoodle. Alana was very professional and went above and beyond just grooming. She spent time answering my questions and gave me tips about labradoodle coat care and nutrition. April came home looking like a true labradoodle. She was clean, soft and not matted. She was also exhausted as she also got to romp with Alana's other doodles. What a treat! Thanks again, we will be back Kelly
Took our doodle in for grooming after mixed results from commercial groomers. Alana did a wonderful job making him look like a labradoodle again and did everything possible to correct issues caused by previous grooms. She also took the time afterward to go through breed specific grooming tips and tricks to help me keep better control of his coat between grooms. Definitely worth the commute from out of town, will be back in the future.
A huge shout out to Alana from Big Rock Labradoodles on the amazing job she did grooming Burton. Well worth the drive from Calgary! We couldn't be more thrilled, and it was nice to see Burton's mom and family. Thanks Alana, we will be back.
Our experience with Alana was fantastic!! She runs a very reputable business and first and foremost, her love for the dogs is contagious. Her knowledge about the breed is immaculate. In our situation, Alana took the time to see if our family was the right fit for the dog. We felt that this was very generous given that it was a rescue and a very stressful situation for her and these pups. We also find that contacting her with anything is a bonus. My wife was born to breed her babies. It's like it's in her blood. She works very hard to always be learning something new and finding ways to improve her program. I am very proud of her. She is such a hands-on, tender and caring breeder....and, I get to live with these beautiful creatures!
