Hunter and his crew bid on a residential fencing project for my family in August 2025. His communication, scheduling, follow through and attention to detail were spot-on. I had a small project. Communicated well. Happy with my new gate.
After multiple delays and little to no communication, they finally showed up to start the fence. They did not communicate the exact day they were coming. They came back almost two weeks later (just showed up after not responding to our requests for a date). The side of the yard is now torn up, part of the neighbors yard was ruined, posts are not level, gates are uneven, wood is uneven with gaps, and no communication was made when a post was installed in a bad spot. Big Rock Builders came and built a “California” style fence for me- they excellent customer service. They were timely & professional- Highly Recommended
Cancel their appointment 8 minutes before they were supposed to show up. So they just cost me work because I could have gone to work this morning instead of waiting for them. This is no way to treat customers do not press them trust them to show up
