I suffered a whiplash injury in January 2026. Severe back and shoulder pain due to whiplash. The only thing that helped was the combination of physio, massage, and chiropractic services. Great staff that are kind and caring.

Sarah is very knowledgeable and an expert in her field. I went in to treat myself postpartum and my infant son. She has a no-nonsense approach to getting you back to feeling good in your body. She also does not believe in over-treating, she won't suggest you come in more than needed. She's also fun and personable. 100% recommend
