My first experience there was great!!!! From the front desk to my massage. Naomi nedeau was my massage therapist and she was so amazing I cried, i have never had someone massage me like they could read my muscles, she new exactly what I need it and how I need it. Very professional clinic with knowledgeable practitioners. They explain everything clearly and make you feel comfortable throughout the process. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients.
I’ve used a wide variety of their services (massage, chiro, physiotherapy etc) and every single service has helped me so much! Added bonus that everyone is so friendly :) 100 percent would recommend!
Sarah has been great as a physio for my ongoing neck and shoulder issues. She is always punctual, her techniques were effective and provided immediate and long term improvement in my symptoms. The at home exercises she assigned were effective, not too complex or long. I really appreciate her down to earth and fun personality, and going to see her felt like catching up with a friend.
