The office manager was extremely rude when I asked for information, she was yelling at me over the phone . Very rude VERY angry person. I was shocked by her behavior.

Yes, I never forget my pet's annual check-up thanks to them Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! Yes When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would? Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised.
