Great ice cream selections, but staff doesn't seem knowledgeable. I've had wonderful experiences here before but today was not great. I order a 2 scoop cone and each scoop was like a half a scoop... I am not happy that I paid 5 dollars for the smallest 2 scoops. The picture is the cone and the small 2 scoops...
the ice cream is okay , usually had good experiences here until recently the staff is extremely racist now, lots of profiling and staff even used slurs when my brother was there this evening, will unfortunately be having to go to other ice cream shops and tell my friends and family it’s not a safe space to go. Staff was also grouped outside during their work hours and gossip when customers are present very uncomfortable and unprofessional.
So glad we stopped on our day trip, the location is right across from the information center so you have a view of the lake. It was so clean and the staff were so friendly and patient while my toddler tried to make a decision. Most importantly, the ice cream was delicious!
