Owner is very rude Waiste time
Helpful and professional. Went the extra mile to verify the part I needed, was in stock. On a separate occasion I received a callback within 15 minutes to let me know what I needed was there. Didn't have to sit on hold for an hour, which is the way customer service typically is. Two thumbs up for service, parts selection,and accessibility
Have been going there for years since they opened with all of my trucks! This particular time my ECM went out and I got 2 of them trying to get my truck back up the mechanic and the technician said they were both wrong so I brought them back ask for my refund. The guy wasn't there to give me my money back. But while I was on the hwy going to get my original one repaired they mysteriously called and said they have the correct one an hour and a half after I left them.
