Highly recommend!!! Customer service was absolutely amazing!! The truck I purchased was even better in person and usually it's the other way around. We drove truck from CA to TN, and they kept in touch with us all the way home to make sure we made it. Definitely not the used car salesman experience that I expected. Big Rig Exchange treat you like a friend, or better yet, like family.
More like a 500 star experience! We just bought a 2012 Kenworth T700 and we could not have asked for a better crew to work with! We are completely blown away by the remarkable care that was taken.
