Every damn I time they give me the wrong parts. For me to find out when I get home an hour away. Getting pretty sick of it
Customer service sucks I've ordered lights from them probably about 1000 worth first order got here within a week other order took over a month they promised I would receive everything within 2 weeks now I'm waiting going on 2 months never again I will order anything from here
Well my experience was awesome... Yes they took about 8hrs, and I know for some that is to long, but look if you have a Volvo or something you just want to half as to look good WELL go some where else.... These people are professional they took there time and did the job right I'm not trying to have my equipment look like shit... And one done allot of shopping around from chrome shop to chrome shop and hands down big rig is the cheapest parts I've found.... I recommend them highly...
My experience with BRCS was beyond anything I could've asked for. I had a cpl snags but they took care of them quickly and professionally. I will continue to use BRCS for my parts. I highly recommend them!!
