Phenomenal service. They were great to work with and replace the cracked Land Rover windshield and support trim that was aging. Couldn’t see it till I got in and started driving and noticed a manufacturer defect. They didn’t argue or complain, just ordered a new windshield and replaced it. That is true service! Worth the extra step with the insurance company to get them approved to replace the glass. Highly recommended. You won’t be sorry.

I was traveling from Ohio when my windshield got cracked. I had arranged to get it fixed through Safelite but the day before the appointment, they told me that the windshield was damaged and that they could only fit me in the day after I was planning on leaving to Ohio. I called Big Rick's and they were able to get me in right away and helped me through the whole insurance process. They did a very great job, and are very professional and reasonable.
Great service! Super nice, communicated very well! All was finished within an hour, they were very clear about the price and gave me all the rules for when to drive the car again, etc.
