Love big ricks auto care ! Have been with Rick for a few yrs now and every service I’ve done with him was great ! Very knowledgeable , very friendly and helpful . Dropping your car off as a woman is often challenging , because you feel out of place and you get treated differently , but not over there . Rick always tell me when something needs to be done when I drop my car off for service and I can appreciate that ! I’m going to give Big Ricks Auto Care five stars because their professional and highly knowledgeable staff he has employed. The mechanic that worked on my truck walked me through everything he was doing and made sure I understood the information he presented. I would highly recommend this business in the central Texas area because of their quality work, affordable pricing, knowledge base, and quick turnaround time with your vehicle. I will be a returning for both vehicle maintenance and my future project car.
