Knowledgeable, Professional, Friendly, Afforable What a great local company! The two men are knowledgeable about carpet and rugs. They offer incredibly low pricing with high quality work. They cleaned my large area rug, my hand woven Peruvian wool rug, my upholstered sofa with pillows and applied a teflon stain protector. They were neat, professional, and friendly. I am a happy customer

Big Red Steam Clean I was looking for an carpet cleaning service and was reccomended a company called Big Red Steam Clean by a friend. At first, I wasn't so sure about the company and its work, fearing that the small business would rip me off. I was going to use Stanley Steamers, but the pricing was just ridiculous. Tactless workers/shoddy work The first time I encountered these men in my home, I was asked about my religious beliefs, and the father of my child. Both of these made me very uncomfortable. The work done was extremely sub-par and the workers actually tracked in even more dirt and grime than was already there. The next time I had work done by them, stains were left in the carpets, and my front door was left open upon their dismissal. Needless to say, there will not be a third time.
