My daughter stored multiple boxes and a microfridge over the summer. I called Thursday to check on delivery and was told 8 boxes and fridge HAD ALREADY BEEN DELIVERED. I called again on Saturday to alert them we thought there should have been one more box than they said was delivered and to verify they had the correct room number. Unreliable, unprofessional, and zero customer service training. My daughter is a freshman this year who attended a summer program at Cornell which ended 1 week before move-in. Her summer program recommended Big Red Shipping & Storage to store her dorm room essentials until move-in. My daughter received email confirmation for delivery on Saturday of move-in weekend. Very disappointed! Extremely unprofessional "service" -- they didn't quote a price for my son until they had his boxes and then said it would cost $240 to get his stuff back!
my 20 boxes took them some time to load but they were timely, professional and very helpful. got my items back safe & sound. thank you BRSS!
