I broke the housing on my key fob and my spare key had a dead battery, I was able to walk right in and was seen very quickly. Got a replacement housing and key cut for the broken fob housing and needed a new battery for the spare. The guys behind the counter were super professional. Price was shockingly affordable for the service (65 bucks) and I was out the door and on with the rest of my day in no time. Definitely consider Big Reds before going to the dealership.
Don't hestitate to go to Big Red Locksmiths for anything. I went in with a bad fob for a 2017 Ram pickup. Instead of selling me a new one they were able to repair the one I had. Honest people! (and you can't beat parking at the front door) I will go back for all my lock needs.
