Lost my keys, I thought I would have to go to the car dealer, post office and somewhere else to get my keys replaced. Big Red took care of everything in one stop. The best surprise was the price, I got two sets of keys and got them programmed, got post box keys and house keys for less than one key for my truck from the dealer. The dealer wanted $100 extra to program the key. The keys worked perfectly. No question where I’ll go next time I need a locksmith.

they hide the fact that the fob they sell is a used one, till I was given it after programing, and paying ($75 +tax+a fee for using a debit card). this was for a 2013 silverado and the one they sold is the same era and worn like my old one. I should have ask more questions, and ask to take a look at what they were selling me before I bought.
