The service was exceptional and accommodating to our schedule. We had a large family gathering and desired a fresh and inviting atmosphere. With three boys and two dogs, we greatly appreciated the team’s exceptional work in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Used them for years for my Christmas light install. They were great until this year. Everything went mostly smoothly except the front island. They left with the island not fully lit up even though they been doing it for years. Left about a 2-3 foot gap of no lights. Asked them to redo. Bill came in over twice as much as last year without any notice. They said it took twice as long to do the tree growth. I'm awful at names but a very kind woman and man came at perfect timing. My cat has been peeing for longer than I suspected. I was able to get a quote, make an appointment, and have a beautifully smelling room again all under 24 hours!!! Seriously no other place can compare to Big Red Flooring. I had major pet stains on my carpet when I called Big Red Flooring. They were able to get me on the schedule right away. The crew arrived on time and did an excellent and thorough job. My carpet looks brand new! Highly recommend!!!
