Update #3, September 20, 2026: This is the worst managed Tommy’s Express Car Wash location I have visited in Austin. They advertise that they are open until 8:00 p.m., but we have arrived several times between 7:30 and 7:45 only to find them already closed. Update #2 on1/3/26: Very disappointing experience today. I requested assistance and was flatly refused by Yadira. We have been members for many years and have never encountered service this poor. If this is the standard being accepted, management should seriously reconsider staffing and training. Original review: Great place to keep your car clean! They take care of their customers! Update #1 : The New place is even better! I love how it dried my car using their new technology. It's left without water spots and runs.

Lately, several of the shaded vacuum/cleaning bays are constantly being blocked off. Today, about four shaded bays were closed while almost all of the available spaces were in direct sunlight. I’ve been trying to clean my car in the sun for about 30 minutes. Instead of blocking these bays with just a bucket, custo... read more
