While on my way from Rockwall to Steiner Ranch to visit my son and grandchildren, I decided to stop by this car wash because my car was really dirty from the long drive. The blonde girl Angela was fabulous and helpful on every level. She even thanked me for choosing them. A++ I'll be back on my next visit.
I had a long day of approx 700 miles of traveling. Stop to put vehicle in park and felt shifter go sloppy. Shifter cable problems. Note im traveling from Arizona. I have zero experience with who to call. Googled nearest tow service. There were 3. The first one I called couldn't get to me for several hours. He recommended Tommy's Towing. And boy I'm glad he did. Driver(George) showed up in about 15 minutes. Great guy , jumped right on it. Wheel cleaner is no longer working. I've been here two or three times the last few weeks and I pay for a monthly membership and the wheel cleaner is not working. I'm going to either pause or possibly cancel my membership as I can clean it better at home without having to drive out of my way. I paid way too much to not have the car wash functioning.
