Three weeks ago, my wife attempted to have her car washed at your location near the intersection of RM 2222 and Highway 620. Unfortunately, the experience exposed what appears to be a serious lack of employee training, accountability, and professionalism. When she arrived, the only employee on duty—a female attendant—reeked of marijuana. Rather than leave, she lowered her expectations and proceeded through the wash. I was happy to find I got charged $10 for the basic wash. I saw the prices online and mistaken the member price for the pay per wash price. I say this because your car goes through the car wash so quickly it definitely does not do a thorough job. It was worth $10 bucks tho to get the bulk of dirt off and then I used the vacuum area to get the rest off by hand and dry it by hand. The dryers at the end don’t do much. Absolutely terrible customer service. Hours are posted open until 8 PM. I will say probably 10 times. I pulled up easily at 7 PM. Doors already shut closed. Can’t go through. Can’t call anyone. I get a manager multiple different times calling me and leaving me a voicemail explaining there is a staffing shortage which I understand but that’s not excuse for not posting your hours.
