Substandard car wash, the employees the last two times didn’t even come out of the office to line up the SUV. Super lazy. Wash itself is OK but Watershed does a way better job overall from service to product.

This is the best car wash place around. I love Tommy's I just re-upped for another month of washing my car as many times as I want and the gentleman at this location. He was so nice and so helpful and he welcomed me back. It's great to know that there are businesses in the Austin area that really appreciate your business and I get a military discount and I really appreciate all businesses that offer us military vets a discount of any kind. While on my way from Rockwall to Steiner Ranch to visit my son and grandchildren, I decided to stop by this car wash because my car was really dirty from the long drive. The blonde girl Angela was fabulous and helpful on every level. She even thanked me for choosing them. A++ I'll be back on my next visit.
