My husband has a membership and on more than one occasion he has tried to get a wash in the evening and they’ve closed early. Just the other day we went during the day and an employee’s truck was parked diagonally in the lanes blocking the entrance. There is a better, more consistent car wash just down the street that we will be going to instead.
We've had multiple vehicle memberships here for years and had a very unprofessional encounter with an employee recently that really soured our experience. Disappointed that this occurred and despite contacting management, there was no response.
Great customer service! My car battery died when I was here with two toddlers. Justin was very kind and took the time to help me try to jump it!
