Great place very trustworthy
Big Ray's performed a oil change on my Kia forte, drove home and parked, next day car ran rough and then proceeded to not run at all, owner told me I had to pay for a tow upto the shop so they could find out the problem, ended up going thru Kia service because car was under warranty., Kia service found the oil filter was aftermarket and not tightened properly, thankfully no charge from Kia but spent half a day on this issue, will never go here again and will not recommend
Don’t spend your money here. overpriced and just terrible service, they tried to sell me stuff I didn’t need which I’m used to but it was beyond what any other place would try and sell. And on top of that I’ve never spent more than $50 on an oil change anywhere else so when my bill came up I was not informed that they put higher end oil in so that was a rat move. Why can’t people just be honest citizens and not try and rip people off
