Liars and theives. Been going to big rays on knoxville since they opened. Pull in today and the guy asks me if i wanted the dane oil they have always used in my vehicle "valvoline" i said nope not me i only ever ask for mobile 1. Long story short they have been charging me for mobile 1(more expensive) per every receipt iv every gotten from them for my car, my wifes car, and my mothers car. We will never be back.
Stop by for a oil change and it took no time at all. Ask if they could grease my front ball joints and the store manager Mike went above and beyond to accommodate me. This is my place! Thanks Mike and Big Ray's!
