I purchased my 2012 Chevy Captiva in 2018 and I take it to Big Rays for oil changes and brakes when needed. On August 1, 2024 took my car in for brakes on August 3rd, I drove to Boilingbrook, IL, my car drove fine going to Boilingbrook, but on my return my car started smoking and my car registered I had no water, I was able to get my car back to Normal, Illinois and had my car checked and I needed a water pump, no problems but I didn’t drive my car again until September.
