Quick and efficient great service
I love this place there customer service is great the ppl are amazing.
Stopped in kind of spur of the moment, got right in and serviced FAST! The whole crew is very friendly and professional. Great place, highly recommend! Thanks Guys!!!
I drove right into the bay and the service guys were with me right away. very fast and professional. The price was reasonable. Is a little difficult to exit onto vorhees.
I would rate it lower than one star if I could. Here is what they missed. All 10 grease fittings. Not one was touched, I asked 3 times and they said they did it. The tires were checked but the pressure not adjusted. That apparently was an option that I had to ask for. Only washer fluid added, coolant overflow tank was still empty. Full size Ford truck that only takes 5 quarts? It does show full. Always took 6 before? Curious. I have been taking my car to big rays since 2009. The customer service and personal investment the workers have in what they do is really a great thing. I honestly feel like the employees care about what they do, and they genuinely want every customer to be treated fair, and to be satisfied. They always do all they can to give you the best deal while still doing quality work. My dad has worked on cars and at GM for years and always recommends Big Rays. just bought my Malibu and the oil light came on so I went to big rays for the oil change. They were very thorough and checked everything on my car and reset my oil light. Very nice and friendly employees I definitely recommend big rays for everyone!!
